The problem i see with your port is that most pics don't have any conceptual themes. Stock images are used in brochures, magazines, billboards and the like.. When you take an image, think "What is the concept ? What can this image be used for ?" Mushrooms shot it their entirety can be used in textbooks, or cooking ..etc.. an extremely tight crop of the underneath ?. What would a designer do with it ? Yes, your shots could make interesting 'backgrounds' but don't expect alot of sales with it. so ,think THEME and CONCEPT and usablity. Stock is not 'artsy' stuff you would hang on a wall. Stock is 'functionality'... take a subject and as mentioned here, do a search by keyword and see what the top sellers are doing with it. macro stuff, i would guess has limited appeal unless it is done well... a macro of a leaf.. a mushroom with a lady bug on it.... etc... good luck posted in give your opinions on my portfolio
