Critique please

Time for me too ask for some critique.

I love to photograph but more and more I do illustrations, mostly in photoshop but I wish to learn illustrator to. Mostly in life I have draw and painted so it´s no wonder I prefer drawing digitally.

But I am a newbie, could use som critique............

Always struggling with finding new ways to improve and develope both technical skills and other.

Right now I find it hard to do smooth transitions and lines. It´s not the same technis as painting with real watercolor ;o)

Hello Viridana, I like illustrations too, but I mostly do photo realistic stuff. Your illustrations are good, but seems to me you like flowers too much, and your portfolio is to small since you joined in 2010. You must upload much more, and choose various themes to draw, more themes, more byers you attract. For vector drawing you can find tones of tutorials, just google it. Keep working, you are talented, and results will come.Wish you the best.

It's really hard to say at this point because you don't have too many images. You've been busy doing Easter/Spring themes so you have many topics to cover as you progress.

I's also hard to give a fair critique with illustrations; style and colors will appeal to one person and not to another.

I can see you developing your own style and can also see you struggling with the software as some of the images seem to be a bit forced. You will see that in some of my illustrations, it's just a part of gaining experience.

I would suggest continuing what you're doing; you will learn the software as you go and continue to develop your style but try experimenting with different techniques and color schemes.

Thanks to both Kovacevicmiro and Wisconsinart for your kind answer. I like flowers and I am struggling with developing both skills and style.
I will go on because I enjoy the work. Unfortunately It´s hard to find time to do a lot of work. After all it´s a hobby not a full time job.
